A Day in the Life
- 7:30 AM Arrive at shop, restock truck with supplies, check route for the day.
- 8:00 AM First stop. Inspect customer property, treat perimeter, and explain findings to homeowner.
- 12:00 PM Lunch break. Catch up with team members or enjoy a quiet break on the route.
- 3:00 PM Wrap up final stops. Complete digital service reports on tablet.
- 8:00 AM Team huddle. Review yesterday's metrics and today's priority calls.
- 9:30 AM Assist customers with scheduling annual termite inspections and 365 plans.
- 1:00 PM Coordinate with technicians on the road to handle emergency call-ins.
- 4:30 PM Finalize next day's schedules and send confirmations to customers.
