Look beyond the animal

Wildlife prevention
starts at the entry point.

A small gap can become a regular route inside. Our inspection looks at the whole property, connecting animal activity with the openings and conditions behind it.

Close the gaps above eye level.

Roof edges, soffits and fascia can conceal openings used by bats, squirrels and other climbers. Inspection guides targeted sealing and repair.

Humane wildlife control.
Thoughtful by nature.

Effective wildlife control should protect the property and treat the animal with care. We identify the species and entry route, then choose removal or exclusion suited to the situation.

Humane trapping

When trapping is appropriate, humane traps are placed where activity is confirmed. Each trap is designed to safely hold wildlife while helping reduce stress and the risk of injury.

One-way exclusion

When exclusion is appropriate, a one-way device is installed at a confirmed entry point. Animals can leave without being captured, while the device blocks their return before permanent sealing.

Species, timing and local wildlife requirements guide handling and the next step after capture.

Are your wildlife methods humane?

The approach is selected for the species and situation. When trapping is appropriate, professional traps are designed to reduce stress and injury risk. One-way exclusion may offer another way to resolve entry without capturing the animal.

What should I do if I hear animals in my attic?

Make a note of when and where you hear activity, and contact us for an assessment. Avoid entering confined spaces or sealing suspected openings before the animal and entry route have been identified.

Do you help keep wildlife from coming back?

Yes. Exclusion and prevention are important parts of the approach. Recommendations may include sealing openings, repairing vulnerable entry points, installing vent screens or chimney caps, and addressing conditions that attract wildlife.

Can you remove wildlife and restore attic insulation?

Attic restoration can include removing contaminated materials, cleanup, disinfection and replacement insulation. We assess the affected space and discuss the appropriate scope. Structural, electrical and plumbing work require the appropriate trade professional.

How are bat, bird and waterfowl concerns handled?

The species, season and location guide the plan. Some work is subject to wildlife protections or permits. We evaluate the situation before recommending exclusion, deterrence, removal or other management methods.
